Hello mrs doyle

Like BIS has said there is not such an option.

What I would advice is to use the great PIP Guides available on this site and then use notepad and for each activity write what you want to include on the PIP form after reading the PIP Guide and then saving the file. Create a seperate file for each activity and put all of the files in a folder. You can call this your claim folder. Make sure you backup your files on a recovery disk or USB Memory Stick. I always use multiple types of backup incase one backup option fails then my information and data is still accessable via another backup source.

Please note that if you are doing a online PIP2 Submission then each activity on the online form is limited to 5000 charaters so you will need to make sure the information you put for each activity is withing 5000 characters. If you want to include more information then you can write more information for each activity and save it as a PDF file and add it when you upload any supporting evidence. Make sure each page and file has you name, date of birth and national insurance number included. Title each additional file with the Question number on the pip form and the Title of the activity then just put on the end of the activity title "Continued..." then include your extra information. Also add onto the PIP2 for for that activity to see the aditional file and information you have included in your supporting evidence for that activity.

If you have problems with finding your amount of charaters then you can use a free text editor link notepad++ which is a advanced replacement for the windows notepad and it has many more functions. To view your character amount go to the top toolbar and click in the top menu >> View >> then scroll down to Summary and click that and it will give you all of the information about the amount of words and the character count. Here is the link to the free Notepad++ software notepad-plus-plus.org

Hope that helps
