I was able to get a copy of my pip decision earlier this year. I have been awarded lwrca for my new style esa. Is it possible to obtain a copy of that as well? Any info as to how I could request a copy? Thanks
Yes you can get a copy of the assessors report for your WCA (LCWRA), it is called a UC85, for PIP it is called a PA4. Contact DWP using number on your letter and ask for a copy.
