New Style ESA was created by plus88uk
I have just been placed in the support group for ESA had letter confirmation but it does not say if I need to keep sending in sick note every mouth what is best number to call to ask

You usually have to send in 'fit notes' until your workcoach asks you not to send in any more.
I would write a message on your Journal informing your workcoach that you have been placed in the support group and ask if they still want you to send in 'fit notes', wait to get a reply before you stop sending in the fit notes.

Hi thanks for reply but I do not have a journal as the only other benefit I claim is PIP as not entitled to anything else,
