Hi I have mental health problems I had a cpn but recently my nurse retired and they put me in the depot clinic do I have to inform dwp about the change.thanks

Hi az

No, you don't have to inform the DWP of such a change. They only want to hear from you if your condition has improved to the point where it might impact your award.
