Do you mind if I ask where you got this info from as I’ve been told I can’t export my ESA (contribution based). The Nidirect link takes me to the Northern Ireland website so is this for Irish citizens ?
If you are in Northern Ireland then you are under the legislation passed by the NI government, not the Westminster government. The rules may be different for NI and of course, Brexit has changed them as well.
