Well today I had my PIP assessment. This was 80 weeks after my PIP review form was received by DWP.
Has anyone any idea of how long between assessment and decision is at present? I don't know whether
to expect another long wait, or if things are settling down now?

Thank goodness you have had your assessment. 80 weeks from review form to assessment is awful.
I wish I could give you a clear picture of how quickly you will get the decision letter, but I can't. Whatever I say, will probably turn out to be wrong. We have had a few people reporting they heard within 5 weeks, some 8 weeks and some much, much longer.

Hi Maria, do be sure to call tomorrow/Thurs and request the PA4. If you see point-losing errors/omissions/twistings or perish the thought outright "untruths", you have a chance IF you are quick, to contest them.
Write in very cold terms 'eg the assessor appears not to have seen document 7, evidence from x' [never accuse of lying] ASAP to 'The Decision Maker' DWP, at the address on the last letter you had in from them.
It worked for our daughter last time, many many thanks to B&W.
