Scottish ADP was created by housemouse93
After reading the link kindly posted by another member about the new Scottish version PIP, I noticed they still retain in review part of form the “if conditions haven’t changed just tick box and don’t give details” hope everyone still follows B and W guides to not do this and fill your conditions/limits in full. I have no confidence this system will be any better than PIP, because it is still administered/assessed by the same people as before. They didn’t suddenly employ better, more sympathetic assessors. This form is also 100 pages long. I await to see if transfers will only be re assessed at same timescales as PIP would have been as it says.

Interested in your comment about ADP being administered by the same people and have no confidence.
It is being administered by Social Security Scotland not the DWP, less assessments as using medical evidence if possible, help by SSS to get medical evidence and if assessment required this is not done by the dreaded outsources. They have also got local delivery staff to help claimants to make applications and feedback from clients on this service has been very positive.
Please share with us your evidence that they did not employ more sympathetic assessors.
I only make these comments not to deter people from claiming ADP

Not my implied or intention to deter anyone from applying for any benefit. The complete opposite. I wish all applicants the help and good outcome from applying.
Being administered by Social Security Scotland still doesn’t fill me with confidence. Admin problems are a feature of most systems. The important issues and subsequent grief stemmed from the actual assessments. This forum is proof, read the stories. B and W is the best help most have received, including me. All previous assessments were carried by NHS trained personnel whatever their discipline not admin. This hasn’t changed if any assessments are still required. The dreaded outsources as you say were admin recruiting these same source assessors. The issues around applicants trying to get the appropriate written proofs and support come from the same mostly NHS sources, unless they’re forced to seek and pay for private help. The NHS can barely cope with burdens placed on it as it is. There can be no proof of employment of NEW sympathetic assessors if they were never recruited except from the previous source with the same attitudes and prejudices. I and many others speak from bitter experience. Regarding feedback, refer you to the old saying about statistics. I’d be delighted if you could prove otherwise.
