I had a LCW assessment call booked for today, they said they will call between 13.00 to 16.00 they did not call. What are my next steps to take? This is the second failed attempt, as on the first attempt they did call but they said they had no information of me requesting the assessment to be recorded and so they claimed they had no equipment available to record the session on that day and suggested rescheduling. So what do I do now? I suffer from anxiety not knowing when they would call meant my whole day was me trying to calm down and stay calm. and then they didn't even end up calling. why make me go through all that if they weren't going to bother calling?
I'm sorry this has happened to you. Look at the letter that you received telling you about the appointment. There should be a contact number on it. Ring and find out what has happened. Don't wait for them to contact you, as they may just say you weren't at home or not available. I hope you get it sorted.
