Question re Housing Benefit

My situation:
I currently live in a horrible council flat in a dangerous area (major drug dealer next door, someone shot right outside my flat, etc) and I have had no end of trouble and terrifying incidents while living here (including many attempted break-ins, by gangs with weapons, etc). My father owns a small 2 bedroom house in a peaceful area and, after he passes away, he wants me to live in his house, so I will be safe. However, I have 3 siblings (who have nice homes) who will want to sell my father's house to get their share of its value. To make it fair for them (to have me living in the house, thereby preventing its sale), my father is considering cutting me out of his will (leaving everything, including his holiday home in Italy, to my 3 siblings), with the stipulation that I'm allowed to live in the main house (which they will own), paying them rent. I'm therefore wondering if I would still be eligible for Housing Benefit or if the familial connection (my landlords being my siblings) would disqualify me from getting Housing Benefit? I'm so sorry if this is a stupid question and also apologise for the long back-story.

I did some research online and found out that it is possible to get HB with a close family member as landlord BUT only if they do NOT live in the same property AND there is a legally binding tenancy agreement (the rent agreement must be legally enforceable).
