Hi Lola, I am so sorry to hear that you have been through a bad time.
Is there a Citizen's advice bureau nearby that can help, a council help centre/housing association person or even a charity related to your illness/es? Or a nurse/s who looked after you, benefits advisor in the hospital ?
If there is I would seek their help ASAP on Monday morning on help with your case.
If there isn't immediate help, please pick up the phone to speak to PIP. A copy of a discharge letter may help.
Please let us know how you get on

thanks for your reply, i got to speak to alovely lady at pip, explained what had happened and she reinstated my pip,and ive only had a small payment off esa, as they have been notified my pip claims ended
so i rang ESA and they said as theyve had nothing off pip yet to say my claims been reinstated i have to call back in 3 days,
