Hi Pethar

Hopefully, you will hear what is happening soon, but if you haven't heard by the end of April, you might want to ring the DWP to find out the current progress on your review. Your current award is not affected by your birthday in April.

Claimants who have reached state pension age 67 and have an enhanced award should be moved onto an ongoing award (10 years) with a light touch review. (It should become clear this year what a light touch review is - because PIP was first awarded in April 2013).

Hi pethar

For some claimants it is 66 for state pension age but it depends on your date of birth, for myself it will be when I am 67, I did read last week that the Government is looking at raising the age of state pension again.
