If you look at the top of the page you will see guide tab with a down arrow, click on the down arrow, you will see a number of subjects, the third subject down it will stay ESA/UC, click on it, then click on the first subject heading in dark pink, that is the guide for WCA which covers both UC50 and ESA50 application forms. or click on this link; help-for-claimants/esa1
