Pip reveiw

Hi. I was moved from Dla where I got high on both components and it was for life / unlimited. Then I got forms to move to pip where they decided low rate care and enhanced mobility so this was for 2yrs then I got a renewal form through June 2021, which had to be back on the 6th of July 2021 so this was completed and sent back recorded /sign for via royal mail I received a letter from pip on the 6/07/21 saying they hadn't received my form back so I rang them up and said you have had it as someone had to sign for it and I have proof it was received by yourselves
So they come back o the phone and say yep we have it it's waiting to be processed should hear within 6-8weeks . So I hung up and waited on the 1/ 09 /21 I received a text saying they had received my review form .
So I rang up to see what was going on.
They told me it was with the decision maker and would take 6- 8 weeks. I told them that I had written down on the form that with my mental health and having ADHD I can't do a face to face medical so they said wouldn't get one as they weren't doing them . As time went on my claim was due to end in May 22. Rang pip on the 01/03/22 and asked if there was any progress on my review was told it would be sorted well before May 22 but by now my blue badge and tunnel pass ran out and same with my car.
27/ 04 /22 Rang Dwp for an update and was told it would be definitely due by May 22. End call.
Received a text message on 29/ 04/ 24 saying wait for it they had received my review and it will be processed soon.
July 22 another text from guess who yep you got it Dwp we still have your pip review and will be progressing it as soon as we canHi. Received a text from Dwp , we still have your pip review and will be progressing it soon as we can blah blah.
I rang up Dwp mid Jan 23 and got told it is still with the decision maker and a may need an assessment done I ask him if they've read the info over face to face medicals and I can't do them with my mental health
I received another text from Dwp but this said on the 22/02/23 you have a face to face medical booked. Omg what don't they understand I am already pee'd off I done my husbands pip review in November22 and he had his decision 27/ 12/ 22 so what's that less than 6 weeks and no medical. If I eventually get my pip and say I get awarded advanced rate will I receive back pay to the date I put my review in thankyou for reading any advice would be gratefully received.

Hi Bis, thankyou for the advice I did take on board that it would cause overwhelming and psychological problem's as I said in my first post I had due to mental health I cannot do f 2 f .but it was ignored overtime I rang I give them the speech about no f2f appointments ad they reply we've put this on your file for the DM to see same ignored anyway's went to the f2f and it was so draining she could see I was anxious and stressed as I very slowly walked to her room. Which I think pee'd her off my husband done most of yhe talking I answered about an op I had when I was a kid , we left an 1hr and 20mins later. I waited 3 weeks and then rang the Dwp up they said yes, decision was made on the 28/2/23 right I asked the dwp person if I could have a copy of my award and a copy of the f2f assessment. This is what pee'd me off it was full of lies she had twisted are answers around ie the client doesn't have adhd, doesn't have memory loss or any mental health problems mentioned on review form she belatedly ignore my brain tumor and FSM just waiting for an appointment. So I am reading and getting really angry the more I read 1. How does she had I don't adhd she isn't a qualified psychologist. Memory problems I remember a op had when I was a child is. It was very traumatic I still have it playing like on a movie in my head. Which is linked to my mental health the whole. Assessment was about different person that's what we thought. I then come to the back of the form as well as marking all the scores that the DM done. I find out she's a paramedic. I have written a letter for a mandatory reconciliation and sent and my medical LETTER'S as was told to do by dwp MR dept helpline just waiting for any acknowledgement that they have received it I sent it special delivery. Received by 13:00 next day. Sorry it's so long but I don't know if I have done the right thing.
