Hi Little vampire 72

I am so sorry to hear about your experience. It is awful when assessors say a claimant doesn't have a medical condition for which they have already been diagnosed. I'm glad to think that you have sent off your MR. When you have heard back from your MR, you may want to put in a complaint about the assessor and their attitude.

Hi Little vampire72

Congratulations on winning your MR, that is good to hear.

I looked back at the issue when you first raised it and Gary said that any upgrade would be from the decision letter, not from the review date, because it had not been raised through a change of circumstances.

Hi thankyou. I just got a little confused after reading other people's stories which are very similar to my own. Only they got their award changed and any outstanding arrears pay to them.
Thankyou for your help.
