Tribunal - additional evidence query

Hello. I'm going through the appeals process at the moment and was wondering if the following evidence could be useful to submit in addition to the stuff already provided.

1) post-appointment letters from my consultant, spanning the last couple of years. They are very perfunctory and just say things like, "VS has tried this medication and did not find symptomatic relief, we are now going to try such and such instead". I haven't submitted anything from that consultant previously because there's nothing they've written that describes my actual functionality, but I wondered if anything that backs up what I am saying in general might help strengthen my case.

2) a transcript of the assessment. I felt that the assessor very clearly (intentionally) cut me off throughout the assessment, in such a way that prevented me from being able to offer enough detail to meet the criteria and wilfully misinterpret what I was saying. I referred to this in my follow-up letter as a reason I think I was awarded fewer points than was correct, but this wasn't mentioned in the MR report. Similarly, by the end I think I showed clear cognitive deficits (i.e. brain fog) and distress, which they did not refer to, and which I think is contrary to how they described my state in the assessment (i.e. zero evidence of cognitive impairment, zero evidence of anxiety). I think a transcript is the only way to back up what I am saying, but I'm unsure if that would be taken into account by the tribunal panel. Presumably I can't submit the actual recording?

I originally submitted things like a clinic letter that described my symptoms in detail, a letter from my GP that briefly described my functionality, a letter from my (private) counsellor and one from my partner. All ignored by IAS/DWP.

Thanks!

Hi VS

Only you can decide what to do here. If you think it backs up your case, you should submit it. You're the one that understands your case and what information you have already submitted.

I would definitely send in a transcript. (They don't consider them at the MR stage)
