Attendance allowance application was created by Morris
I am completing an application for AA
If I download and print the sheet “ night time needs” for example
Is this ok to send with the application even though the benefits and work website
Is printed on the top?
Also can I submit printed statements on extra sheets or do they have to be handwritten?
I would really appreciate any help

Welcome to the forum.
You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum
You can download and use what you believe will help with your application, that is why this forum exists.
It is perfectly OK for you to type your answers and attach them as extra pages to the form, just make sure that each page has your full name and NIN at the top and that they are numbered, we recommend "page X of Y" so that it is easy to see if pages are missing. Make sure you clearly mark on the form where your answers are and on the relevant page that you are answering question X.

Thanks for the welcome and the swift reply.
I needed to know also if I print off the check sheet to accompany the application

You can show B&W's web address or you can tipex it out and rescan it, the option is yours.

Ok thanks, I will send them blank as I was hoping someone would say, “ yes I’ve submitted them like that and all was well!”
