We just received our assessment report and we added up all the points 15 points on the living part and 12 points on mobility, we lost 8 points on mobility that we won at the tribunal years some circus this. My is question will the decision maker follow the report descriptor's and add points according to it or can they change points ? Can we take it for granted we have these points now when a decision is made? Thanks for all the help here
The decision maker can change points and sometimes they do, but it is more common for them to follow the health professional's advice. It's impossible to take anything for granted.
If you want to challenge the points that have been given in the report, you have a very small window to write to the Decision Maker and make a case for why you think they were incorrect to take points awayy. However, you may want to wait, because if those points stand you have been awarded enhanced for both components.
