Will the decision maker follow the Assessors reports and award pints according to that or can they change them? The assessor has recommend no review does that mean it will never be reviewed again.
More often than not the decision maker follows the assessor's report - but until you get the decision letter you won't know. The same applies to the recommendation about no review. I know people who have had that and have still been sent a review.
