Hi cass1

I am not sure what you are asking, from your post I believe you have had a review and stayed in the same groups, I am not sure where change of circumstances come in.

Claimants usually report a change in circumstances when their condition has deteriorated but quite often wait until they have a review unless their condition has improved in which case they need to report it as soon as possible.

Hi Gary
thanks for your reply
sorry about the confusion
i was awarded pip in 2019 24 points each for living and mobility
I've just received my renewal form
totting up the scores i have 14 / 12 Points
so some of my minor ailments have improved
for example in am now able to cut up my food etc
should i have contacted the dwp each time i had an improvement

nothing has changed for my main illness
still cant walk need help into the bath etc
thanks Cass

Hi Cass1

If a claimant's condition improves, which may impact their current award, they are supposed to inform the DWP immediately so that they can send out a review form. Only you know where you were previously awarded points, what improvements have been in your condition, and whether these are significant. If they are not, you have nothing to worry about.
