Hi all can anyone help me about the case law for pip activity 9 engaging with other people face to face I was only awarded 2 points for this activity need to be prompted by another person to engage with other people but I believe the Supreme Court have said should have been 4 points in 2019 when this was in court can anyone let me know I was awarded daily living standard with 11 points from 27/4/2020-11/6/2023 I already have sent my review papers since December last year and still waiting for my assessment

The Case Law is explained in our PIP Claim guide in the section for the activity.

I need to correct your understanding of the UTT Decision as expressed in the above post.

It does not say "instead of 2 points everyone should have had 4 points for engaging with people", rather it says that claimants who meet specific criteria may have scored four points rather than the two previously awarded.

It is down to you to show that you meet that criteria.
