PIP end date May but haven’t received review form

Thanks for your help.. It is unusual not to receive ANYTHING regarding a review isn’t it ? I read somewhere that the DWP are notifying people 35 days before their award finishes to tell them they have extended it for 12 months ?? Have I completely misunderstood what I read ? If I’m right what happens to the Motorbility car contract which he ordered in July 2020 but never actually got it until late August 2020 … When does the contract start as Motorbility haven’t sent him anything either considering the new reg is due soon ?
