Hi, I asked for a copy of my assessment report (tel assessment) on 28th February and today 13th March, it finally turned up. Don't think l have ever dreaded opening a letter more. The assessor on daily living has been very fair. I thank this site for helping know what wording to use in certain questions. I tried really hard to give details that weren't asked for but which helped show my life and this paid off. On mobility she contradicted herself - one min it takes me mins rather than seconds to get to car parked outside front door, next l can do 20m no problem (Ha!). From my first PIP to this review, things have gotten worse. If decision maker goes off the report daily living should be moved to enhanced and mobility stay standard. So, what experience do others have of decision maker sticking to report or making changes?
The majority of the time, the Decision Maker follows the Health Professional's assessment, but until you get the decision letter, it is impossible to know.
