PIP Reviewing previous Awards

Re PIP - reviewing previous Awards, due to changes in Case Law/Supreme Court rulings - I spoke to the call centre today because I wanted to find out if my 2019 Award had been looked at again in light of the Supreme court ruling regarding the' mixing with others'. They couldn't tell me much but seemed to think there had been three of this type of thing. Two of which they think their notes implied that my old Awards had been looked at and there was no change necessary. They seemed to think those two were mobility related. The third they said was a new thing and was ongoing - do you know if this third thing could be the 'mixing with others' one? Or is there yet another one happening that is newer than the 'mixing with others' one. I guess what I am asking is - what is the latest Case Law/Supreme Court ruling where the dwp are having to go back and reassess claimants old Awards?

Thank you. I have never received a letter regarding the Mixing with Others, but I am still unsure that the call centre can tell me whether it has been done or not. The call centre adviser referred to MH and RJ as having been done with no change awarded, and then another one with no initials that is ongoing. So whether this ongoing one is the Mixing with Others' or the 'Washing and Bathing 'one - ???

'From 9 March 2017 there was a change to the way the department considers if a claimant can complete a PIP activity safely and if supervision is required, by considering both the likelihood of harm occurring, and the severity and nature of the harm that might occur. This decision is known as RJ.'

Gordon, I have sorted the above now - my old award is indeed still in the queue to be checked for the UTT Mixing with Others. Thank you though.
