Long term holiday was created by sas401
My husband and myself both claim PIP higher rate and also get tax credits. We have been planning a once in a lifetime trip but due to disabilities etc we would need plenty of time to do the trip we want. I thought i read somewhere there is a restriction of 30 days, is this true ? If it went longer or delays meant it went longer what happens?

Hi Sas401

You can read about the requirements on the government website regarding tax credits here - www.gov.uk/tax-credits-if-moving-country...g-abroad-temporarily, and PIP here www.gov.uk/claim-benefits-abroad/disability-benefits.
