Tribunal was created by plus88uk
Just wanted to say thanks for the valuable advice I found on here which helped me win my Tribunal case just found out last night after I logged in to see that they agreed with my case and been given the higher rate instead of the normal been backdated to April 2022, I opted for the not to attend and went for a paper based hearing supplied all the extra paperwork along with a letter from my wife.
I started the appeal in November 2022 so not really waited that long so don't give up people you can win
I currently receive ESA and I am in the support group so get £117.60 a week do I need to tell them and will it make difference to what I get
Thanks Again

Hi Plus88uk
Many congratulations on winning your PIP Tribunal - that is good to hear. We're glad that you found the guides and advice useful. You were certainly lucky on the relatively short time you had between starting the appeal and the decision being made, but that was down to you opting for a paper-based decision which is always quicker.
You need to talk to the DWP about the money side - because they know you're entire situation.
