Hi,

Is it normal/usual when having the WCA telephone assessment:-

the assessor doesn't have a copy of the ESA50 form to look at, so therefore knows practically nothing about you?

Hi Olive

Yes, it is quite common that some assessors don't read through a claimant's form before the assessment.
