Hi I am wondering what to do.. I am currently being represented by someone from the CAB for my PIP and UC appeals. But I after not being able to contact CAB for quite a while, I panicked and contacted Kester. They have recently offered to help me after looking at my PIP case. My CAB rep is in contact with me again now, so I am wondering if I should stay with the CAB or move to Kester. I know they take 25% of backpay. But I don't care about backpay. It is about getting them to acknowledge my disabilities because being chased over work in my UC case is putting years on me. So if they choose to sanction me in UC then hopefully I atleast will have extra income from PIP to cover it.

That being said, I have also looked at their website and it says they have an "over 95% success rate". So I am thinking maybe use Kester and continue to use CAB for my UC case (2nd tier appeal). But my CAB rep is a lot more familiar with me and my case. I also don't want to seem ungrateful to them by switching. So there are cons.. and I am wondering about the pros?

Can anyone advise or maybe someone who has had experience with them can share?

Ty

I'm afraid we cannot offer any advice, we have no knowledge of your limitations or the individuals that might represent you.

If any members have experience with Kester then they are free to comment.

I have a friend who is a self taught very successful PIP appeal expert [Asperger's grasp of legal detail] . Some time ago, after reading a testimonial to Kester from someone on here, my friend phoned to check them out. My friend was satisfied that they are bona fide and do know what they are talking about. That is the best I can offer as I have had the benefit of my friend's advice so not needed to go to Kester. But it is some reassurance I hope.

Hi thanks for your reply. I suffer with daily chronic migraines, sleep apnoea, insomnia, IBS, anxiety and depression and suspected undiagnosed ADHD. I am in the process of getting a adhd test.
I have posted about it all in depth before if you'd like to check my other posts.

I was found to have LCW in my UC case by reason of exceptional circumstances but not by points. I don't understand how they can't score me points but that is another ongoing battle.
I just don't know if it's worth splitting the two up from my CAB rep or letting her handle both. Obviously I want the best possible chance of winning both. Kester won't take my UC case and they advised me not to appeal it as it will lead to my LCW ruling being revoked while I await my 2nd tier appeal, and that I may not even get LCW a 2nd time and could lose LCW permanently. Can you tell me if this is true or not?

Thanks a lot for your time
