If you make a UC appeal to the UTT then the DWP will revert your payments to the award in place before your First Tier appeal was heard, as you do not appear to have had an award from the DWP then yes, your LCW status would cease until the UTT substitutes their own Decision on your award (extremely unlikely) or a new FTT hearing takes place, assuming your appeal is successful.
If it is not then the FTT Decision still applies and your LCW would be reinstated, but there would still be a period of no LCW while you wait for the UTT which could be substantial.
The main impact, either way, is your being placed back into the All work-related activity group and being required to seek a job.
