Administrative Earnings Threshold was created by Stephen57
I haven't seen any posts about this topic, so forgive me if it is not part of the remit for this group and delete.
I am married and earn above the Administrative Earnings Threshold (AET). My wife is fortnightly called in to appointments with her work coach,
A) Is this correct?
B1) Is the concept of AET just a guideline to 'Jobcentres' or does it carry more weight?
B2) If the latter, then my wife's work coach is incorrect in what he is asking my wife to do. If this is the case, then what can I do about it?
C)In the recent budget there was mention of doing away with AET for couples, but, as far as I am aware this is not yet the case. Or am I wrong?
Sorry about there being so many questions in such a short post.

This isn't an area that we advise on in the forum but I found this from the 2023 budget factsheet, my emphasis.
"Increasing the Administrative Earnings Threshold (AET): the Administrative Earnings Threshold (AET), the minimum amount a person can earn without being asked to meet regularly with their Work Coach, will be increased from the equivalent of 15 to 18 hours of earnings at the National Living Wage for an individual claimant. The couples AET, where a second member of a household may not be asked to look for work if their partner is working, will be removed entirely. These changes are expected to require over 100,000 additional claimants to meet more regularly with a Work Coach and take active steps to move into work or increase their earnings."
so;
A. If you are not earning more than 18 x National Minimum Wage then yes!
B1. No, I expect it to carry sanctions.
B2. I can't see anything wrong with what the work coach is doing.
C. see highlighted section above.

Thank you Gordon, given that it is NOT an area you advise on, I will desist from some follow up questions.
