recieved pip text was created by freefee
hello again,
i received a text this morning regarding my pip reassesssment, sent it back june last year, it basically states that the health proffesional has sent their report, and they will make a decision within the next 6 weeks, and the usual you do not need to contact us etc, this must have been a paper assessment, as i have had no contact with anyone, the question i have is i have seen in other threads that you should request a p4 or whatever is applicable, should i do this now, after bank holiday or when i get the decision from dwp, thanks in advance, 7/4/2023

Hi Freefee
If you have had a paper-based assessment, it's a PA3 report that is written. However, be aware that a number of members who have rung for a copy of the PA3 are being told that the decision was made without a report being completed. You have been told there is a report - so you should be able to ask for a copy now. Don't let them fob you off by saying you have to wait until the decision. If a PA3 exists for you, then you are entitled to have a copy.

Hi freefee
There is not time limit for when you can ask for a copy of the PA3. However, as I mentioned before, one may not have been completed. If they say it went straight to the Decision Maker, and the PA3 doesn't exist, there's not really much you can do. I know one member said they were going to put in a Subject Access Request to see a copy of any 'notes' that were made, but I can't tell you whether they were successful in being sent any.

phoned pip today re pa3, was told by agent that she did not know what a pa3 report was, when i explained, she said they called it something else, an fp maybe? she tried to put me off getting report, saying given my conditions it may make me ill whilst waiting for decision, i insisted and she said she would request one, although she said the post office is slow, which it is not really where i live, i told her my previous assessment in 2016, i thought i got 0 points for things that are major problems, said i was a bit more savvy now how the points system works and last time it was almost like no one had read it, she said she was working from home, but it would not be a problem, felt very uneasy about how keen she was to get me to change my mind re pa3, time will tell, thanks again, will keep you updated, told them i used a forum, but i did not name it

recieved pa3 today, if the decision maker goes by the healhcare proffessional report i should score 15 points for daily living and 14 points for mobility, in 2016 i got standard for daily living and mobility, what are the chances i get enhanced this time? i mean she has ticked the boxes and i have checked the pip table of points like her, i bet they award me standard again though, keep you posted, thanks
