Just received my making sure my award is right ,this only arrived 8th April,and they want it returned by the 23rd of April, thought you had 4 weeks to compete the form, also am now partially sighted ,am struggling with form ,is there anyone that I can contact ,that will come to my home to help fill form in thank you
You can ring the DWP and ask for an extension - which they will grant. But do that now - don't leave it any longer.
I'm afraid that I don't know of any service that comes to people's homes to help fill in the form. You might mention it to the DWP and say the difficulties you are having being partially sighted and see what they say.
