Tackling the PIP Review form and I have a question that is not covered in the main guide. There is ‘no change’ and I will write out what I did in the original claim, updating where possible but it’s not clear if I should re-send all the original supporting evidence. It says in the form not to but what is the best thing to do? Do what they have asked and not send it or photocopy and re-send it all again just in case?
This is something you will have to decide for yourself. The DWP don't want you to send any prior evidence because they already have a copy. However, lots of claimants don't trust the DWP to look at previous evidence, so they insist on sending it in again. People have to do what feels right for them.
