Hi I believe I will be shortly transferred over to ADP from Pip
On first glance it seems that that any reviews/assessments will be less harsh than currently carried out with PIP and I was quite relieved.
However when reading the small print it says the onus will be on ADP to find the info they require rather than the client having to prove their condition/s. This is worrying on several levels..
Does this mean they will be tracking down info from GPs ,Consultants, Carers and Family members themselves ? If so what conclusions do they come to if they cant find the relevant info which validates our claims, are they just thrown out?
With NHS virtually collapsing as it is .How can we even be sure our notes and records are up to date and accurate? How can we be sure our Health care professionals will have the time and personnel to provide all this additional info when requested in a timely way?
I would really appreciate thoughts and info from those going through this too.
My advice for ADP would not be any different from what it is for PIP. Provide detailed answers about your current limitations and supply whatever evidence you have available and/or can source.
