When you have to move onto UC is your PIP still paid as a separate benefit or not ? Does this also apply in Scotland for the Adult Disability Payment ? My pip award is an “ongoing” award due to my disability. Thanks

Hi Gwrman

Your PIP payment will be paid separately even if you move onto UC. The same would apply to the Adult Disability Payment in Scotland.
