Hi I’m doing the pip review form, if nothing has changed (had stroke ) do i still have to answer all the questions again.

The choice is yours but our recommendation is to complete at least a basic explanation of your limitations even if they have not changed, there is no guarantee that those assessing you will have access to the documentation from your previous reviews risking a Decision based on no more than the assessment.
