AGE 59 single male now currently work as driver througth AGY agentcy , zero hours CLAIM UC as when as top up if i dont earn AET £670 mouth . 37 yrs ago 1986 had accident & work damandge to lwr back / spine L4/L5 . ITS degenrative for life 10% industrial injurys for life award . HAD 18 mouths on sick in out hospital . relapse 1998 25 yrs back 8 weeks on sick treatnment . LAST week got up after days work found could not stand / walk with out aid of walking stick approx 10/ 20 meteres max. THROBBIMG IN LWR BACK SCIATCA DOWN RIGHT LEG / WHEN TRY WALK NUMBNESS IN LEG KNEE AREA . Went to gp he said 2nd degenrativie changes . Gave me ANTIINFLAMITRY TABLETS OK AMPTRIPLIYN TABLETS not so good make you drowsey / NOT to drive with them . IF not cured in 2 week he arrange MRSI SCAN . SO iam shuffle about & home . REPORTED FIT NOTE UC . NOW HERES JOKE UC says if my problem lasts more 1 mouth 29 days it trigger UC50/ WCA joke 1MOUTH is short space time as said with back problem takes mouths min 2 mouths to sort out . THE nhs is bit slow ATM i want no whats wroung until i have MRSI SCAN TREATNMENT THIS COULD TAKE WEEKS MOUTHS . PSYOPHEARPY DOES NOT WORK / HELP . IVE heard storys about WCA/ PIP assors overiding surgeons / gps pass people fit for work ???? ( LCW/ LCWRA ) . ALSO heard they LIE on there reports uc85 ????. IF THIS B4 DISABILITY WHITE PAPER COMING IN POSS 2026/2029 . SICK JOKE GOVERTNMENT / DWP TAKE ATTITUIDE ONLY GOT 29 DAYS NON WORKING / DISABILITYS NO EXCUSE NOT TO WORK . BUT if your disabilty is you cant walk , stand , OR DRIVE if on medication . HOW ???? you move go anywere FLAWED COROURT set up to fail system . 1920S workhouses back again work to you drop / die if lucky 66 retire .
