Tribunal - logging disagreements was created by HelenWatkins23
Hi everyone
Using the guides, i logged my disagreements with the MR. I think I might have made a mistake because I added each section i disagreed with as a seperate issue, and have since receieved a letter for every one I added. Have i messed up? Can this be fixed?

Hi Helen,
I suspect that this is something to do with the online system, which logs all pages. I doubt very much you have messed up.
Around 4 weeks from the date you lodged the appeal you should receive appeal papers (often referred to as appeal bundle)- the bundle should contain copies of all DWP decisions, your claim form, MR, assessment report, and the SSCS1 form you filled out with all your arguments and any other evidence you sent in.
When this arrives go through it carefully and check all the pages have been included If there is any thing missing send this to the tribunal ASAP, and explain what you gave sent and why. The tribunal will get a copy of the bundle too and they will use this to help form their decision.
Also, if once you have read all the papers, you disagree with something, or perhaps you have finally managed to get a medical report or other evidence you should send in the further arguments/ evidence to the tribunal and these extra pages can then be added to the bundle.
Send anything in as soon as you can as you don't want to risk the evidence not being before the tribunal which could happen if you leave it too late.
If you haven't received the bundle by say 6 weeks after the appeal was lodged then contact the tribunal and ask them to chase this.
Remember that anything sent to the tribunal should have your name NI number and appeal ref number included on each page.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
