I have just had a call from PIP saying that the government have instructed a review and I am going to be getting a significant payment as a result. I cannot find anything online. Anyone know what this is about?

I'm sorry, I can't tell you what this is about. The best thing is to ring the DWP and check this was a genuine call and not a scam.

Were you asked for your banking details?

It would be extremely unusual for the DWP to contact a claimant by phone with the result of a Decision as these have to be notified in writing.
