uprating letter, still nothing in post

Afternoon all,

I know there was a previous post about yearly uprating letters of awards being delayed. Its no may and still I have not received my yearly uprating letter.

Has anyone received theirs yet as I know these are often sent out in February.

This has never happened before and just wondering what is the reasons if any.

I am still waiting too. Car is due for renewal this year too so I am very worried. Causing symptoms to be worse.
Trying to contact DWP but they are not answering phone and I cannot find an email address.

I had my updating letters last week and they were dated 13/03/2023 and 22/03/2023. I believe that the Royal Mail have some backlogs, hope you get yours soon or ask DWP for replacements if that’s possible.

Yes I think I've waited for a while now. will phone the DLA helpline and see what they say.

The waiting doesn't help, its never happened like this before. Not sure why some have received theirs and some haven't. I didn't know there was an email address but will phone and see what they say and ask for replacement, assuming it was posted and I didn't receive it. in the past 15 years this would be my first. Try not to worry too much, I appreciate it does cause worries we don't need.
