LL26, I presented the 2nd claim due to being advised to by Jobcentre/CAB
who both said the same thing that the first claim will go on far to long. The Jobcentre were concerned about where I fit in for being available for work as without PIP or LCWRA I would be expected to apply for jobs.
I have recently been given LCWRA, which means the Jobcentre leave me alone towards finding employment.
My first PIP claim was week due to me not having any experience or knowledge of how to make a successful claim. I did get points but not enough. My mobility has worsened, I have much more to present with evidence. I am happy that I have took this route as you said I may see some funds sooner if not I'm no worse off as I could fix the two claims together for one hearing which may reduce the time significantly.
I chose to take this course which I found to be very good and not go down the route of paying somebody else when I don't have the cash anyway which would have had some risk to it if I wasn't awarded anything. I had assistance from two other parties to complete the PIP2 form and they just wouldn't have been successful, I can say that due to what I have learn't here at BW.
I wasn't able to do an MR on the first claim as they conducted it without my knowledge. I was upset at the time but after reading many of the comments on the forum most claimants are not successful anyway with an MR.
Thanks again LL26 and to all who contributed,, I hope other members will find this of some help.

Hi TracyTracy,
I did get advice from CAB and Job centre to take this route to start another claim. My first claim could take the minimum of another 12 months to process.
The new claim I have sent in could hopefully be decided within a few months.
The second claim is stronger than the first due to what Iv'e picked up at B&W
Regards
