Hey All,
I have received my dreaded review pip from which I’m dreadfully not looking forward to filling it In neither.
Could anybody help recommend what to write on it .
I have severe mental health issues and I’m always sad.
Im disabled and I use a wheelchair most of the time.
I also have a few other health issues too.
Im on a lot of medication too.
It’s really knowing what to write on this stupid form which makes my depression 10 times worse just by looking at the form.
So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rachel
If you have a look at the Guide to PIP claims and Reviews and start at page 128, you will find advice on how to complete the review form. If you're struggling to complete the form, you may have to write "No change' under each question, but it's not something we advise, and the guide will give you tips on what to write.

After you've looked at the guide if you have a specific question, do come back and ask, and we will try to help.

It sounds like you should get help filling in this review form. ( I have just completed one ). See if Mind Wales can assist or phone Citizens Advice 0800 702 2020. Some advice charities will come to your home to help with forms.
