I am just wondering if it is possible to receive the PIP Renewal Pack online as opposed to it being sent out, and to also send it back online? I am fortunate inasmuch as I have been given an indefinite award, but I still worry that when the time does come for the renewal process, there is an error on the part of the DWP and I do not receive it via the post. I know 2 of people this has unfortunately happened to and although they were given the previous level of award back to them, the stress was just unbearable as they had to wait months for the system to sort things out. I know I am perhaps being overly cautious as I am on an indefinite award, but I do believe an indefinite award is exactly as it sounds and is indefinite, meaning they can send a renewal pack when they feel. Any advice is greatly accepted.

Hi Hughie

I know that some new claims are done online but I am not sure about review forms.

I would contact DWP and make an inquiry by post/recorded delivery, you need to make sure that you are not asking for a change of circumstances as we have heard of this happening to some forum members.

We will as forum members, if they have completed a review form online rather than a paper version.
