Is it recommended to record PIP telephone review?

I'll have my PIP review assestment via telephone appointment.
I'd like to know if it is recommended by this forum to ask for the review to be recorded?

In my ESA face to face reviews I always asked for it to be recorded,however my last ESA review was over the phone and it was very brief and short,(much easier for me) could asking for recording actually encourage the assessor to be more through/more strict because they know there will be a recording?

I'm unsure if I should ask for this PIP re-assessment to be recorded or not.

JK2019, personally I'd never have any review not recorded. Too risky that they play foul. As advised do your own too, and preferably have someone with you too.

In face to face recording they used tapes and gave you a copy, how does it work with telephone recording if you ask them to record it? if they don't give you a copy, is there really any point?

recording it myself is nearly impossible because there's no app that allows it on iOS (privacy reasons) and recording it from speaker mode by another device is difficult.
