Hi Izzy26
Lots of members have taken their MR to a tribunal and been successful.
We cannot give you a time limit as it varies across the regions. Before Covid, Derby was around 52 weeks, Leicester 48 weeks and Northampton 24 weeks. Post Covid I am not sure as I now only do telephone Tribunals which are no different from a face to face hearing apart from the travelling.
What I have discovered with telephone tribunals the hearing could take place from any tribunal centre, a few weeks ago I had a telephone tribunal which took place from Lincoln.

Hi Izzy26
My origional claim had to go to tribunal. At the time it took about a year from MR to tribunal, but that was before covid. I can only imagine it may be longer now. It seems a long time, but will come round eventually. If you win your case and get an award it should be back dated. Basically try not to fret over the time waiting, it will get there.
Good luck
