I have been told that I can not request that PIP record my video assessment next week and I think they said I could not record it either. Is it alright to record it as long as I keep it to myself? If necessary could I quote from it in an appeal if necessary? Thanks
In your own home and for your own use, you can make a recording of your assessment without informing them. Yes, you could use that information later for an appeal.
