PIP review - how to deal with 'changes' where award made by appeal tribunal

Two questions: 1. My enhanced award was made on appeal after the medical assessment awarded my almost no points. For several activities my situation has not changed from the tribunal's findings (it was never in accordance with the medical assessment anyway). On the review form it asks what has changed since the last award. If I say this has not changed, how do I ensure the DWP decision-maker understands this to be referring to my original PIP form and what the tribunal found, rather than the PIP medical assessor's findings (which were overturned?). 2. For other activities my evidence is the same (and I thought was worth points) even though neither the PIP medical assessor or the tribunal awarded me points for those particular tasks. How do I deal with this? Do I just repeat it again even so? Thank-you and apologies if this is complicated

Hi Sally T

Question 1: I would advise you to read the guide to PIP claims and Reviews - page 128 onwards to see what it says about writing no change. It suggests you don't just write no change without an explanation of exactly what hasn't changed. At this stage, I would make it very clear, as you have done in your post, where that information comes from.

Question 2: It doesn't matter whether or not you were awarded points or not for some questions. You argue for them exactly in the same way as you did before, highlighting the evidence you have to back up your argument.
