Hi

If you've applied for new style esa and put in the support group....but get paid no money.....when your savings have run out can you claim UC?

If so, how much UC would you get if you're still in the esa support group?

Hi Olive

Your post does not make any sense, NS ESA is contribution based, therefore any savings you have will not be affected.

UC is means tested, any claim for NS ESA will be deducted from UC £ for £.

I cannot tell you what you may receive from UC as it depends on your current situation, you can use a benefit checker to check yourself; www.gov.uk/benefits-calculators
