Hi Gordon, It was May 2020 when my claim started I believe. Ahhhh that makes sense as to what the message relates too. Thank you, you've put my mind at rest. Kind regards.

Hi All, thought I'd follow on from this, may be easier - I did submit another new topic, but can be ignored. Ok, so I got my assessment decision. I have been placed in LCW group. I am anxious however, as it says on the letter that I need to take steps to prepare for work in the future, and learn new skills and attend training courses. Now whilst I don't have any issues learning at home, I suffer terrible social and travel anxiety, meaning if I had to attend a course with a load of people, or use public transport to go somewhere, I simply couldn't do it. It's just too much, and i have panic tatacks, shakes and sweats. I'm wondering if it's worth me going for an MR? I still have a fitnote in till end of July 2023. I'm just frightened if I appeal this, and it goes wrong, where do I stand?

Hi Chris
I answered this question here benefitsandwork.co.uk/kunena/10-dla-esa-...urther-advice-needed
There's nothing to stop you from appealing the decision if you want to.
