Hi, my daughter's PIP is being reviewed and we requested summary care records from the GP. They are 8 pages long including test results from 10 years ago.

Do we send all 8 pages as they are numbered?

I would check the details on the care record before sending it off, I came across one a few weeks ago which came over quite negative with the wording, so decided not to use it as the claimant had other supporting documents.

I have come across very good care records that I have used, if you miss out any pages it may raise questions so I would advise you to send all the pages, with your daughters name and NINO on each page.
