Stealing a Childs DLA money - Paid in error by DWP was created by The Dim Reaper

I am a Foster Carer; I have two siblings.

One of them has ADHD, so I applied for DLA.

To summarise, the DWP had been paying the previous 'carers' for 12 months. I have written and chased the DWP for the backdated money several times, but nothing, not even an acknowledgement.

The LA ( who I believe are partly to blame) have not been helpful.

Can anyone inform me of how to make the DWP pay up the £4500 owed to a little boy who has not had it easy, and deserves this money.

Your question is outside the remit of the forum.

I would get your MP involved to help resolve the issue with DWP and try and recovery the missed payments.
